First time on my favourite trail for a few weeks. It’s very overgrown now, and unrideable in places. Borderline dangerous due to hidden ruts, and a far too close encounter with a snake due to being unable to see the track..

I’ve got a couple of friends coming up from Brisbane next weekend to reccie Pallarenda for the national championships, but with the state it’s in I reckon they won’t be able to ride that part of the course by then. Not really a good look for a national champs course.

Are parks responsible for the upkeep of this?
